30 days doesn't seem like a long amount of time, but when you are counting down each day it can seem to be an eternity, and it is for some of the people who partake in 30 Days. Can people completely change their lifestyles for 30 days and just go back to living their normal lives after? 30 Days answers that question along with a bunch of other obscure ones.

The premise of 30 Days is to take a person or couple out of their normal lifestyle in some way and put them into a completely new and different one. The idea is to see how they react to their new situation and see what changes, if any, it brings out in them both as a person and as a member of society.

The show is a reality documentary-type sitcom hosted and created by none other then Morgan Spurlock. You may notice his name from the unbelievably successful film Supersize Me, which used the same premise that all these episodes use.

The show unfortunately ran for only part of a season and aired six episodes, which are all included on this DVD with some additional commentary.

The idea is to completely remove the couple from their normal lifestyles, freeze all their assets, and move them to a remote location to get minimum wage jobs and try to survive. The episode gives incredible insight to how a minimum wage worker/family survives. Not only was the show done in a way that is interesting and fun to watch, but like Supersize Me, I found it incredibly informative as well.

Another topic covered in an episode was age reversal drugs. In a time when many people are looking for quick body improvements/miracles and "fountain of youth" cures this topic was right on schedule. The premise of this episode was to follow a former athlete and his health as he began taking a huge assortment of steroids, hormones, and other supplements. It was simply
