Kutcher will play the other half of the interracial couple featured in Lakeview Terrace.
Kerry Washington (seen next in I Think I Love My Wife) has already signed on as the female lead.
Samuel L. Jackson plays their neighbor, an LAPD officer determined to get rid of the interracial couple because of their mismatched skin color.
